A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: How long does it take for the order to be produced normally?
A: After the product plan is determined, it will take approximately 10-15 days for us to produce a 60 foot high cabinet normally.

Q: What is the packaging like?
A: During transportation, in order to ensure the safety of the goods, we use 5-layer thick cardboard boxes for packaging.

A: Yes, we have tested every garden water pipe to ensure that there are no quality issues with the product.

Q: How long does it take to transport the product?
A: If no accidents occur, the transportation time for the product is approximately 15-45 days, depending on the shipping and receiving locations as well as the transportation company.

Q: How to deal with quality issues with the product?
A: Customers can inspect the goods before shipment. If the products are affected during transportation, we can make up for the affected products in future orders.
